The Goodness Of Liver

Not many ppl knows the goodness of liver. According to the chinese.. liver and ginger.. are taken best when you have had a major surgery, lost lots of blood or when one’s tummy ain’t feeling good. Woman folks back home.. eat this everyday.. after having a baby. Unfortunately, for me.. i didn’t have this. .when i had my daughter.. because they didn’t carry pork liver then. And no one to cook for myself except me. No confinement lady to be found around here.

Its actually good. But we seldom eat it nowadays. Too much toxins, so I have been told by my MIL and mom…

So where did you find the liver in the end? Me too. I only know how to eat pork liver- don’t really know who to cook it since must make sure the “smell” be removed.
