Love Meat? Nothing Wrong With That..!

So the experts said. Some ppl just can’t go without meat.. and as much as I love vegies.. i’ve gotta eat meat. But there are ways to eat a wee bit healthier. For me.. i never eat fats, like siew york.. or any kinda fatty parts. Choosing leaner cuts and having no added fats or salt. I trim away all visible fats like a plague.. but i would eat roasted chicken skin.. or BBQ chicken. I baked, roast or poach because these methods require little or no added fat. I love seafood, because it provide the protein, fat, vitamins and minerals we all need.

So love meat..?? no problem.. ! eat the way i do. :) So tell me.. you eat meat.. or vegies type..??

    I eat siew yok leh…but just a little will do.
    Meat, seafood, veggies…I like all. :P
