Such a simple food.. but we all loved it. Simple to cook .. just 10 mins .. and we can have the goodness of sweet corn. The kid loves it.. and the man would eat at least one. Eating cooked corn can significantly boosts the grain’s health giving antioxidant activity, which in turn can substantially reduce the chance of heart disease and cancer. Some said that processed fruits and vegies have a lower nutritional value than fresh produce but studies shows that it is not true as corn retains its antioxidant activity despite the loss of Vit C. As for us, I just cook it because the kid who rarely eats anything loves it.. so I am just making sure she gets just about anything i can get her to eat.
