Although I lived in a fishing town, seafood is just as expensive if not more. These 2 pieces of salmon cost me about $8.00, by my standard for home cooked meal.. this is considered expensive .. but can’t helped it.. coz’ the brat needed her omega 3 fats. Baking it was simple and fast. 12 mins at 350 degree oven.. and it’s ready to be eaten.. i put some butter on it.. and some paprika on it.. and that’s about all. We donch usually put so much butter .. but the brat wanted to help and I let her.  Also I have another recipe for Salmon With Pineapple Orange Relish but that will be for another time eh.
