I love my vegies alot. And it is so easy to cook broccolis, in fact I can eat the whole thing that is on the frying pan. I honestly, feel that I am not getting enough vegies at all..for no on in the family loves broccolis at all.. so i end up eating everything.. lock, stock and barrel. Wish the spouse would learn how to eat some.. but nope..! and so silly eh..?? afterall .. broccoli are the best in all sorts of vitamins.

Food Blogger Needs To Stay Fit Too!

Posted by crunchasaurus rex | Health, Useful Links, Useful Tips | Tuesday 10 June 2008 7:39 pm

As a food blogger, or a foodie as people like to call us, we love our food a lot. Sometimes we can’t help but try any food that has been recommended to us and our own special finds can be irresistible too.   It’s hard to just stop at one bowl or plate full. With a love for eating like I have, you can imagine how much exercise I have to do to burn off the calories and fats.

Some people take the lazy way out though and if I had a choice I’d probably consider  making a visit to Boston plastic surgery where Dr Min S. Ahn’s Aesthetic Wellness Center offers very comprehensive surgical and non-surgical solutions for weight loss and reconstruction. Enhancing one’s look and making one feel better for themselves is nothing to be ashamed of. With cutting edge techniques, Dr Min produces exceptional results with the work he does and those living in Boston will know that he is no stranger to the media. And he must do good work, because his clients come from all over the world to see him specifically.

Can you guess how much this papaya cost..?? Yes.. ! quite a ridiculous price here as you can guess. Any tropical fruit that comes by here.. is expensive. I don’t even eat fresh pineapples no more.. for one cost as much as $5.99 Cdn.. if i am lucky. I eat can ones most times. And look how small the papaya is..!! yes.. my grandfather used to have it in his garden.. and they would rot. .because we couldn’t eat it fast enough. How sad eh..!! i haven’t had Papaya for 8.5 yrs now..!
