Fried Fresh Trouts
Fresh trouts fried immediately after catching them. So fresh.. and so good. My mother-in-law said.. if you want the skin to be crispy .. roll them into flour .. just a bit. It was really good..!! nothing beats having fresh trouts. My in-laws kept offering me more.. but i didn’t wanna eat too much.. because my father-in-law had taken a whole afternoon to fish for them.
This was how it was fried.. pretty simple eh..?? and no oil everywhere. .and the fish had no fishy smell on them. And my mother-in-law deboned the fish for me.. not much any woman can asked for eh..?
