Happy V-Day

Happy V-Day everyone! so what did you do .. or what are you planning to do on V-Day..??  The “ang moh” asked me if we Asians celebrate V-Day differently.. in which i stopped for a few seconds.. to think of how i spent V-day back home some 9 yrs ago.. before coming to Canada. So yes..! all you asians out there.. celebrating V-day.. leave comment .. and let me know.. how you spent V-day.. or how you plan to celebrate this day.  Or do you think .. that it is over-rated .. like all other occassions.

As for us.. let me leave you with this .. Heart shaped brownie with marsmallows.. actually meant for the brat’s school party .. that we missed .. because she was sick.  So whether you are celebrating or not .. let me wish you a great day .. ahead.  As for me and the “ang moh” we will be stucked here at the store.. and hopefully we can get out for a good meal tomorrow – for sundays are our only off day.

Happy Valentine’s Day to you and everyone…
As for me and my bf, we went to the Marks & Spenser’s, Waitrose and bought some ‘easy to cook food’ that we don’t usually have i.e. Salmon & Watercress Parcels, ham hock salad and tuna steak with sweet chilli butter served with a bottle of ‘pretend-to-be’ champagne… as if we are having them in the restaurant for celebration… haha…
over-rated? hmm… it depends on how you are treating the day for… i do think celebrating it could give a reason for a busy couple to spend some special memorable time together.

    Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone!!
My husband and I are celebrating our 18th Valentine’s together. We usually go out for dinner and catch a show. But this year we are going to a ballroom-like dinner cruise. I am so excited. Hopefully it will go well. hehe

    mama bok,
happy valentines to u too! :) since my bf is in hk, i didn’t really plan anything for the day… and i had class until 6pm.
Then, I went out for dinner with my family. Now I’m back home and will probably enjoy some of the shows u’ve put up for us!
    thanks a million.
