Strawberry Yogurt

Posted by mamabok | Fruits,Health,Snacks,The Brat | Tuesday 17 March 2009 2:04 am

We are very lucky.. because Chloe loves eating yogurt.  Some kids never wanna touch it.. but for my Chloe.. she eats them like they were ice-cream.  Therefore, even though she doesn’t eat a lot of meat.. i don’t really sweat it.  Normally, she eats a full cup of yogurt .. but i try to spilt it into two, these days she wants to eat it all. .and “ang moh” thinks she is having a growth spurt.

Having said that.. we never force her to eat .. if she didn’t want to.  But instead of ice cream.. we encourage her to have fruit yogurt instead.  You can see for yourself.. how much she enjoys it.  What about you and your kids..?? do you feed them yogurt too..??  if they donch like it.. you can try putting some real fruits into it.

Good…Yogurt is a healthier choice to ice cream but for kids, it’s good to pamper them sometimes yeah… ;-)

I think you are a good mom and wife. How many are out there now adays!! You are so busy and still look after Chloe and your ‘ang mo’ so well. I don’t yogurt and cheese until I married to my ‘ang mo’. These yogurt are good for you. So good that Chloe like it. My youngest daughter do not like yogurt but will drink it so i’m glad too.
