There is a password? lol… Would you share =P

I got lazy from making the crust so I used the premade pastery.

Here is the receipe if anyone is interested. It is very easy and simple and I always get requests from people to make this for parties.

    Ingredients

    crust:
1 1/2 cup of Graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup of sugar
    1/3 cup of butter

    filling:
1 package (8 oz) of Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 teaspoon of lemon juice
    1/2 cup of white sugar
    1 cup of whipping cream
    1/4 cup of cold milk
    1/2 cup of hot milk
    1 envelope of Knox gelatin
    a pinch of salt

    —————————————————————————
    Crust*
In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into the bottom of an 8 to 10 inch pie pan and chill until firm.

    Cream cheese filling**
    - Blend 1/4 cup of cold milk and gelatin for 30 to 45 seconds.
    - Add 1/2 cup of hot milk and blend for another 45 to 60 seconds or until the gelatin dissolves.
    - Add in the cream cheese, lemon juice, whipping cream, salt and sugar and blend for another 30 to 45 seconds.
    - Pour the mixture onto the pie crust and chill until firm.

Lastly add your favorite jello favour and fruit(s)

    Enjoy!!!
