Hey Shirley, this dish is extremely easy to prepare BUT, Parma Ham is EXTREMELY expensive leh!! 100g for Sg $11.90, u need @ least 200g. Now u know why i’ll always go for a few servings before starting my main course yeah….

Hi Shirley, imagine you replace the Rock Melon with grilled mozzarella cheese, added with rocket vegetables. After grilled, the cheese is tasty and very chewy lor…delicious man. If you have the time in Singapore, should try it and the Angel Hair pasta (aka our mee kia and is not listed in the menu) with roast pork.

Too bad, I did not have any camera phone with me (due to work) during the dinner.
