Saw this ice cream about a month ago.. but only bought this like 1.5 weeks ago.. but i haven’t had it yet.  Skinny cow ice cream is supposedly less sugar .. and a lot less calories.  I figured if i wanted to have some.. i should at least try and stay healthy.  But really even with it being better on the weight department.. i still haven’t had the urge to try it.  That is how i am with sweets.. yet i’m the one with diabetes.. hahhaha!!  NO FAIR! For those who loves the ice cream.. and donch want the weight or a lot of sugar – you can try this..  less sinful.. and less guilty about indulging..?  I heard from a g/f that one can find them in the puerto vallarta hotels as well.

We celebrated Chloe’s birthday today at the bowling alley.  Today isn’t the exact date but we usually do it early because of the weather here.   And this year, we didn’t order her cake from Sobeys or Superstore, we had her cake specially made by a friend’s sister – Crystal.  She is very talented and so reasonably priced .. you wouldn’t believe it.. and she even delivers..!!!!!  So for those from my area.. and if you are reading this.. make sure.. you order your cake from her.. they are REALLY good..! and plus she can make all sorts of design – very talented if you asked me.

Everyone at the party who tasted the cake thought it was an awesome cake..! we were really pleased.. plus Crystal was awesome .. because Chloe had wanted a Hannah Montana cake at first.. but changed her mind last minute.. and she still accommodated us. Thank you .. Crystal..!!  you know where we will be getting our birthday cake from.. from now on.

Chloe had a bladder infection and we had thought that by giving her yogurt everyday would have prevented it .. but i guess not..??  She wouldn’t drink cranberry juice of course.. but she have been eating this yogurt since she was like maybe 3 years old or a lil’ older..??  religiously .. everyday if not every other day.  What a bummer..! and we thought we were giving her everything healthy.

But having said all the above, the fruit yogurt from Tim Hortons is really good – chloe takes only the strawberry yogurt with lots of fruits in them.  It is way too sweet for me.. because i believe they have some sugary syrup in them.  So after learning that i’m diabetic, i only eat it once in a while.

Yes, we still went out to buy “ang moh” his birthday cake because chloe insisted that we do something special for daddy.  So daddy went out to pick his own cake.. and when he came home from work we blew out the candles and all – actually it was chloe who blew out the candle.  It was a pretty good cake .. to be honest, no golden lighting to go with it .. but it was still good.  “Ang moh” was pretty happy.

So it is the ang moh’s birthday today.. and exactly after midnite.. he had his cake.  But it didn’t start off well, because of Chloe’s event the day before at school – we are worried.  And like any mother – a crazy chinese one at that  – i got crazier lah.  I didn’t get much sleep, neither did ang moh because we were going thru’ our heads what were we gonna do about Chloe’s problem (involving another kid in school) and truth be told really at a lost lor.  Afterall, the other kid is also 6 years old right ..?? cannot be too harsh or it would seems we are not being humane..??

Well, ang moh is 37 years old today.. and for those who knows us ..  you will know that I’m the cradle robber in this relationship.  One thing for sure .. about our relationship is that after having chloe our relationship became more intense because i’m the paranoid mom.  I also hate the situation we are in .. where the doctors are concerned .. and also the school now – we have no control over it.  Cannot choose your doctors.. they come and go as they pleases and leave you dry and hanging.. and as for school, same thing.. no private school nor another choice of school.. because you are in the wrong district.

For those who donch know me.. never mind.. wish the ang moh a happy birthday also lah..!   Anyhow.. if ang moh is reading this.. “happy birthday..!! i donch wanna be a B.I.T.C.H ! but this situation is just not good for me and chloe!”
