Food For Clear Skin

The best friend’s teenage daughter is going for acne treatment, called and asked me what she can cook for her daughter to help with the acne that had been plaguing her for a long time now.  Being a teenager is very hard and for the mom – it’s even harder to see our kids suffer – from inferiority complex to low self-esteem.   We all know that acne is caused by trapped bacteria right?  So yes, it has to be treated immediately and of course – eating right and having good hygiene is also important.  When I was a teenager myself – my mom used to make us eat low – fat yogurt – and she said that it helps with our skin – but most importantly – I think water is the best – for not just those with acne – but everyone.  I strive to drink 8 glasses of water a day – and I’m still trying.  What about you?  you drank your 8 glasses of water yet?

    I know I should but I still don’t drink 8 glasses of water daily. Drining water is the best way to flush out all the toxins in our body so like you, I will strive to drink my 8 glasses of water a day; moreover water has zero calories~

    oh don’t I wish I can keep up drinking 8 glasses of water daily. I never do. When you are busy of million things and making errands,you forget.
