My Hum Choy Tofu soup from a few days ago – tasted so awesome – I have to give myself a pat on the shoulder.  I just realised that the soup was so tasty because of one reason.  What is it?  I’m going to let you all take a good guess – the person who gives the right answer – a little surprise coming you way.   Anyone can take part in this quiz – but only one guess per person now.

    That’s because the soup is a few days old! LOL! Soup always taste better overnight!
