These baby bok choi were from Chloe’s grampie’s greenhouse – and the first of batch this summer.   I would love to stir fry them – but had no time – and since I didn’t want to waste them – I had them for a late night supper.


I cooked some leftover fish balls and a few shrimp wanton and stock – and then put in the veggies when I was about to shut the stove down.  The veggies looked like a lot but they were not – I should have cooked more veggies and less fish balls.


My yummy supper last night.

    I always have the same problem – I think I’ve cooked a lot of vegetables, but in fact they all shrink and then I don’t have enough to eat!
