Last week – I saw a blogging friend Wenn from London UK - making some yummy tom yum goong bee hoon on Facebook – therefore I was drooling so much – I went home and made some myself. But those who know Wenn – you would know she can make you drool everyday – all her dishes are so yummy – aiyoh!! to die for.
I had some Japanese fish cake left and Chloe’s grampie’s fresh baby bok choi – and some fried crab sticks from my trip to Halifax in May - that i dumped everything into the tom yum soup and cooked.
My home made bowl of beehoon tum yum soup. Yummy to the max!
