No More Craving

Ever since my operation .. i don’t have any more craving for ice cubes.  Strange as it is.. it is true.  The man is the happiest of course.  But i fear that now without my ice.. i am drinking alot more cranberry juice.. so that means.. i might put on unwanted weight…??  Some diet pills is in order .. i guess, else i will be putting on weight again.

Junk Food

Junk food anyone..?? There are just too much junk food in this part of the world.. and that must be the reason why kids here are obese. i try to limit my kid’s intake of stuff like these.. but of course.. we don’t deprive her of it. In moderation is the key word for our home.
